      STP-VN is an cement modifier used in cement mortar mixture for Semi – Flexible Pavement.

      Description

       Additive in powder with gray color (same color as Cement PCB40) or red color.

      Uses Cement modifier for crack resistance, bending resistance. Pour the mortar into the voids of the asphalt mixture to form Semi – Flexible Pavement.
      Usage Mixing Cement PCB40 + Clean water + STP-VN on site at the specified ratio.

    Carry out Test pavement of Semi Flexible – STP

       The Rutting and damage of pavement is always the subject and attract so much attention on the media in Vietnam last time. Specially in the road which have large traffic, crossroads, bus stop, harbor …

       For study the solutions to prevent rutting and pavement damage in areas which have extreme traffic conditions and  after get permission from Da nang Transport of Department. We (Taiyu Kensetsu and BK ECC) carried out to test pavement of Strong Pave (Semi – Flexible) using STP.

    •      Test pavement date: 10th and 11th Sept 2017
    •      Location: Vo Chi Cong street – Da Nang city

    Used material

    •      STP – Taiyu
    •      Asphalt 60/70 of Petrolimex
    •     Aggregate 12,5mm from Ho Chon quarry – Da nang city
    •     Cement PCB40 – Song Gianh.

    Semi-flexible pavement is a pavement combining both of flexibility and rigidity, which asphalt pavement and cement concrete pavement have respectively.  The characteristics of the semi-flexible pavement are brought by filling the air voids of more than 20% of an open graded asphalt pavement by special cement milk.  And Strong Pave, STP, is a cement milk modifier for semi-flexible pavement.

    • The semi-flexible pavement can enhance the resistance to plastic deformation (anti – Rutting)
    • The semi-flexible pavement can enhance the oil-resistance and the heat-resistance.
    • By coloration of the cement milk, asphalt pavement can be easily changed into color pavement.

    We sure that, this technology is able to contribute to  prevent rutting and pavement damage not only in Da Nang city but also whole province of Vietnam.
