Tough Fix Hyper provides asphalt with electrical bipolar property, positive and negative charge, and helps asphalt adhere strongly to all types of aggregate, Granite, Rhyolite, Andesite, Limestone, and Calcium Carbonate.

Tough Fix Hyper exerts the effect at a small amount by increase in the concentration of effective ingredients. It enabled our concept, “High performance” and “Save money”.

Additive amount of Tough Fix Hyper is normally 0.15% (0.1%~0.3%) to asphalt.

Only 75 grams to asphalt mixture of 1 ton if asphalt content is 5%
Evaluation tests of Tough Fix Hyper have already been carried out by University of Transport & Communication (UTC) in Vietnam. As the results, Tough Fix Hyper got a high evaluation. They are as follows;

Tough Fix Hyper provides asphalt with electrical bipolar property, positive and negative. In general, the materials for test apparatus are metal. Regarding the cause, we are thinking that the improvement in adhesion force between asphalt and metal pushed up the test results. That’s why the big difference in the penetration test result can’t be seen.
